A new addition to Domino Park, Domino Square is a 1-acre public plaza and flexible outdoor space. Domino Square will host programming such as farmers' markets, community gatherings, summer movie nights, arts and cultural performances and seasonal ice-skating. Designed for flexible public programming, the space has a central egg-shaped plaza and is framed to the east with stepped, amphitheater-like seating that offers a view of the plaza, the waterfront, and the East River as far as the Statue of Liberty.

Der Domino Square, eine neue Erweiterung des Domino Parks, ist ein 4.000 Quadratmeter großer öffentlicher Platz mit flexiblem Außenbereich. Auf dem Domino Square finden Veranstaltungen wie Bauernmärkte, Gemeindeversammlungen, Sommerfilmabende, Kunst- und Kulturveranstaltungen sowie saisonales Eislaufen statt. Der für flexible öffentliche Programme konzipierte Platz verfügt über einen zentralen, eiförmigen Platz und wird im Osten von stufenförmigen, amphitheaterartigen Sitzplätzen eingerahmt, die einen Blick auf den Platz, die Uferpromenade und den East River bis hin zur Freiheitsstatue bieten.

Domino Square będzie gościć takie wydarzenia jak targi, spotkania społeczności, letnie wieczory filmowe, występy artystyczne i kulturalne oraz sezonowe lodowisko. Przestrzeń zaprojektowana z myślą o elastycznej organizacji przestrzeni publicznej, ma centralny plac w owalnym kształcie i jest obramowana od wschodu schodkowymi, amfiteatralnymi siedziskami, z których roztacza się widok na plac, nabrzeże i East River aż po Statuę Wolności.
